-sigh- d*mnit... and I was hoping to get my test permit today but NO... I did NOT get it... oooohhh... we went there around 7am and waited in the line until around 10am and got inside the office... but when I was about to get my picture taken, the lady said that my name didn't show up in their database even though I was already paid last month... sh*t... she referred me to someone to somewhere but he wasn't there... we had to wait for more than 2 hours yet he still hasn't showed up... we ate a little snack because it was already lunch time and d*mn I was starving... we returned half an hour later and at last he turned up... I, with other applicant's who had the same problem, went to his work station... he searched the files... it still wasn't there... he compared my payment slip with one of the applicant's and there... instead of punching in "PUPCET" for PUP, the teller puched in "UPCAT"... that's why my name wasn't in the list of the payers for the entrance exam at PUP because of the teller making a mistake... argh! all that trouble and wating and patience and enduring and hard work was useles... -sigh- my lucky day... hooray... -groan-
so that's all that happened to me... spent the whole day in a waste... -sigh- next time...
